Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Items: Estimates are provided on product pages. These are based on manufacturing timelines and are subject to change.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard: 5–8 business days.
  • 2-Day Express: 2 business days.
  • Carriers: Primarily USPS and UPS.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to over 30 countries!
  • Duties & Taxes: Rates are DDP (all taxes, duties, and tariffs included at checkout).
  • Returns: All sales are final for international orders (excluding items damaged in transit).

Shipping Protection & Issues

  • Domestic (Lost/Damaged): Please file a formal claim directly with the carrier. If you haven't received a response within 30 days, contact us at support@arterragoods.com.
  • International (Lost/Damaged): Please contact us if there has been no tracking update for more than 30 days. For items damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photo evidence of the box and the product.
  • Delivered but Not Received (Theft): Arterra is not responsible for packages stolen or missing after a "Delivered" scan. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.
