Return Policy

We understand if things don't work out and if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

After receiving and approving your return, we will send a refund within 7 days.

Please note the following exceptions to our USA return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable


To initiate a return in the USA, please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Arterra Profile and use our self-serve return on your completed order. You can also reply to your order confirmation email or email support@arterragoods.com to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email. A $6.99 fee will be deducted from the return.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

To initiate a return outside the USA, please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Arterra Profile and use our self-serve return on your completed order. You can also reply to your order confirmation email or email support@arterragoods.com to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Wait for authorization of the return from Arterra customer service.
  3. Use your own shipping method to send the item back to our U.S. facility:
